Lloyd Gene Cooper, 93, of Newcomerstown, passed away on Saturday, March 7, 2026 at his home.  Gene was born July 24, 1932, in Muskogee, OK to the late Reverend Lloyd James and Dottie Grace (Woodman) Cooper.  Gene was a United States Air Force Veteran, serving 30 years from 1952 to 1982 during both the Korean and Vietnam wars.
