Gail A. Moyer, 71, of Newcomerstown passed away Sunday, September 30, 2018 at Union Hospital, Dover. She was born November 5, 1946 in Coshocton to the late Rodney Bassett and Shirley (Vierheller) Philpott of Newcomerstown. She liked to make ceramics. In addition to her mother, she is survived by a daughter, Sarah Greene of Newcomerstown; grandchildren, Nyle Emmons, Scotty Lunsford Jr., and Hope, Faith, Leanna, Brandon and Tuesday Jeffrey; a great-grandchild, Kyleigh Emmons; and a sister, Holly Phillips of Newcomerstown. She was preceded in death by her son, David A. Raach; and her sister, Christena Findley. Graveside service will be Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at 11 a.m. at West Lawn Cemetery, Newcomerstown.
