June Marie Davies, 75, of Newcomerstown, passed away Thursday, February 25, 2021 at Union Hospital in Dover. She was born June 12, 1945 in Cambridge to the late Howard and Edythe (Porcher) Patton. She was a 1963 graduate of Newcomerstown High School. She worked at Simonds Industries as a purchasing administrator until she retired. June loved bowling, sewing and auctions. June was married to Chuck Davies, who she was with for 25 years. In addition to her husband, June is survived by three daughters, Lisa (James) Morris of Dover, Kelly Garretson of New Philadelphia and Kristy Garretson of Newcomerstown; a step-daughter, Kimberly Davies of Columbus; grandchildren, Kwinten Garretson, Kaseana Rine, Maguire Morris, Nicholas Millender II, Keagen Barnett, Rayne Millender, and Brody Morris; three great-grandchildren; three siblings, Larry Patton, Sandra Kay Krebs, and Richard Patton. A graveside service will be held Friday, March 12, 2021 at 1 p.m. at Union Cemetery in Port Washington. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
