Mark A. Heston, Sr., 57, of Newcomerstown, passed away April 27, 2021 from a brief illness. Mark was surrounded by his loving family. No matter where we go or what we do, there will always be a special place in our heart for the life Mark created. How lucky we are to have loved someone that makes saying goodbye so hard and this obituary difficult to write. Mark was born on September 24, 1963 in Cambridge, Ohio, the son of the late H. Lee Heston and Hallie (Rodgers) Heston. He was a lifelong truck driver who worked for Sugarcreek Cartage. Mark married Bonnie (Boyd) Heston on July 11, 1983. The family they created together brought him the utmost joy. Being a grandfather was above all his greatest accomplishment. The memories created with the grandchildren through sports, fishing, hiking, swimming, board games and reading will bring comfort and peace to his family. Mark is survived by his true love, best friend and soul mate of 38 years Bonnie L. Heston; sons, Mark (Renee) Heston of Wadsworth, Josh (Cassidy) Heston of Akron; and bonus daughter, Jessi Marcincavage (Lance Bricker) of Newcomerstown; grandchildren, Kody Heston (Kody's mother Gaby Styer and brother Devan Weingarth), Emmett and Madelynn Heston, Kyzer Heston and bonus grandson Josiah Greathouse; sister, Cathy (Albert) Nelson of Cambridge; brothers-in-law, James (Felicia) Boyd of Howard, Blake Boyd of Newcomerstown; sister-in-law, Beverly (Kris) Ritenour of Newcomerstown; numerous nieces and nephews.
