Marwan Steven (Steve) Yanes, 42, passed away peacefully with family by his side on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 in Tempe, AZ after a lengthy illness. Steve was born February 22, 1975 in Akron, Ohio and graduated from Coshocton High School in 1993. He leaves behind his father, Marwan Yanes of Newcomerstown; mother, Sandra Yanes of Mesa, AZ; sister, Robin Barnes of The Plains; brothers, Jason Yanes of Westerville and Aaron (Katie) Yanes of Brooklyn, NY; a nephew, Dylan Barnes-Trout of Athens; and many uncles, aunts, and cousins. Graveside services will be Thursday, March 23, 2017 at 2 p.m. in West Lawn Cemetery, Newcomerstown. Visitation will be on Thursday from 12 to 2 p.m. prior to the graveside service at Addy Funeral Home, Newcomerstown. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
