Carole McConnell

Carole J. McConnell, age 63 of 436 North College Street Newcomerstown died Tuesday, September 9, 2003 at Coshocton County Memorial Hospital. She was born October 12, 1939 in Newcomerstown to the late Kenneth and Ruth (Tish) Postelweite, She was a homemaker, a 1957 graduate of the Newcomerstown High School. A Methodist by faith she enjoyed her flowers and traveling, and loved spending time with her grandchildren. In 1980 she married John D. McConnell who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Tom Russell and wife Maurene of Birmingham, Al., Tim Russell and wife Alice of Simi Valley, CA; four grandchildren, Tiffany, Jon, Joshua, Lindsey Wilken Bryan; two sisters, June Hart and husband Cliff of Newcomerstown, Dorothy Woods and husband Roy of Marietta. Services will be Friday at 2:00 pm at the Addy Funeral Home with Pastor Stephen T. Sparling officiating. Burial will taken place in the West Lawn Cemetery, Newcomerstown.
