Debora L. Taggart

Debora Taggart, 68 of Newcomerstown, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 at Riverside Manor.

Debora was born October 3, 1956, in Akron to the late Irvin and Frankie (Snodgrass) Kramer. Debora loved turtles and frogs, and enjoyed watching football, baseball, and game shows. She was a very friendly person who loved everyone, and everyone loved her. The best part of her day was hearing from her two sons and knowing that they would always be there for Jerry.

She is survived by her loving husband Jerry Taggart; her children Joe Konkle (Mandy Jarman) and Jim (Karen) Konkle; her grandchildren Sam, Tyler, Kara, Gabbie, Kameron, and Maddy; eight great-grandchildren; and her siblings Jerry and Mark (Sherri) Kramer.

Per her wishes, a cremation will take place. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Debora will be laid to rest at Deersville Cemetery.
