Ida J. Thompson

Ida Jean Thompson, 41 of Newcomerstown, passed away peacefully on March 13, 2026 at her residence.

Ida was born January 31, 1985, in Coshocton to Tommy and Linda (Durbin) Thompson. Ida loved vacations to Geneva on the Lake, and liked getting pampered by having her hair and nails done.  

She is survived by her mother Linda Thompson; her sister Anna Thompson; her niece and nephew Braelyn and Harlan; her uncles Larry (Peggy) Durbin and Mike Durbin; her aunts Bonnie Lawrence, Barbara Bassett, Nancy Quillen, and Marilyn (Bob) Baker; and her special cousin Amy Neal.

Ida was preceded in death by her father Tommy Thompson; and her uncle Clyde Durbin.

Ida will be laid to rest at West Lawn Cemetery at a later date.
