James T. Gano, 49, of 46115 Rt. 36, Coshocton, O., died Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2008, from injuries he suffered in a motorcycle accident in Butler, Tenn. He was born March 3, 1959, in Coshocton to the late Carl H. and Minnie (Spristerbaugh) Gano. James was a 1978 graduate of Newcomerstown High. He worked for Kraft Foods in Coshocton and was a member of the Church of Christ at Coshocton and the Gold Wing Assn. Survivors include seven brothers, Lonnie Gano and wife, Cheryl D., and Carl Gano and wife, Cheryl, all of Coshocton, William Gano and wife, Betty, Lyman Gano and Richard Gano and wife, Evelyn I., all of Newcomerstown, Robert Gano and wife, June, and Forrest Gano, all of Kimbolton. James was preceded in death by an infant brother. Services will be held in Addy Funeral Home at Newcomerstown on Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2008, beginning at 11 a.m. with Rev. Lloyd Tenney officiating. Burial will follow in West Lawn Cemetery in Newcomerstown. Friends may call on Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2008, from 6 to 8 p.m. in the funeral home.
