Johanna Smart

Johanna I. Smart, 66 of 568 South Chestnut Street Newcomerstown, died Thursday march 9, 2006 at Southeastern Ohio Regional Medical Center in Cambridge. She was born December 19, 1939 in Newcomerstown to the late Morton and Mary (Shaw) Williams. On February 28, 1959 she married Elmer W. Smart who died July 31, 1992. Surviving are 4 daughters, Cheryl Slasor and husband Richard, Debra Watson and husband David, Julie Linkous and husband Larry, Diana Robinson and husband Ben all of Newcomerstown; 2 sons, Alex Smart and wife Leanna od Coshocton, Alan Smart of Newcomerstown; 11 grandchildren, Stacie and Shiloh Slasor, Tiffany Roes, Dusty Watson, Jeremy Swinderman, Sheena and Brandy Linkous, Alexis and Katrina Smart, Monique and Falesha Robinson; two great-grandchildren, Cayden and Carter Swinderman. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Bonnie Marie Smart and two sisters.
