Joseph Mathews

Joseph Mathews, age 62, died Sunday, December 10,2006 at his residence in West Lafayette. Joseph was born in Port Washington, OH to the late Paul H. and Lelia E. (Clark) Mathews. Joseph was a Vietnam Veteran from 1965-1967. He was a Methodist by faith. Joseph is survived by three sisters, Forest Black of Byesville, Mildred Elliott of West Lafayette, Carol Harper of Blue Rock; a special friend, Bob Shank of West Lafayette, several nieces and nephews. Joseph was preceded in death by three sisters. Funeral will be at Addy Funeral Home on Thursday December 14,2006, beginning at 1:00 p.m. with Clarence Miller officiating. Burial will be at Irish Ridge Cemetery, Kimbolton. Military service will be conducted by Newcomerstown Veterans Honor Guard. Friends may call Wednesday December 13,2006 from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
