Joyce Border

Joyce Lee Border, 83, of Newcomerstown, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at her home.

Joyce was born on July 14, 1942 to the late Max Hunter Corbett and Margarette (Getchy) Corbett. Joyce was a wonderful homemaker, and she enjoyed painting and gardening.    

She is survived by her children, Vicky Bryant of Newcomerstown, Ricky Espenschied of Cambridge, Tracy (Beau) Guilliams of West Lafayette, and Stacy Belle of Newcomerstown; her grandchildren, Katrina, Candace, Tyler, D.J., Aaron, Ricky, Megan, Jake, and Josh; great-grandchildren, Kelsey, Kylee, Keyera, Jase, Shaelee, Rosalie, and Layla; great-great-grandchildren, Kinley and Kason; her siblings Wade Corbett of New Richland, MN and Margie Nay of Newcomerstown.

In addition to her parents, Joyce was preceded in death by her siblings, Wanda Baker and Hunter Lane Corbett.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 15, 2025 at 2 pm at West Lawn Cemetery with Deacon Doug officiating.
