Joyce Ann Brandon, 67, of Newcomerstown, passed away on Monday, February 24, 2025, at Riverside Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Newcomerstown. She was born May 31, 1957, in Guernsey County, to the late Howard and Louise (Hughes) Smith. She graduated from Madison High School. Joyce loved her animals, flowers, and spending time with her grandkids. On June 12th, 1981, she married her husband, Jim Brandon, who survives. In addition to her husband, Joyce is survived by her son, Taylor Brandon (Ashley); and grandkids, Parker and Holland Brandon. Online condolences may be made at www.addyfuneralhome.com.
