Karen Pappas

Karen J. Pappas, 64 of 4858 Bridge Lane Mason, Ohio, died Saturday November 10, 2007 at Park Village Health Care Center in Dover. She was born December 1, 1942 in Massillon, Oh to the late Glen 'Skip' and Ruth (Kohler) Hurst. A 1960 gradute of Newcomerstown High School, she had worked as a Laboratory Technician at Fort Hamilton Hospital in Hamilton, Ohio, she enjoyed spending time with her family. On November 30, 1974 she married Delos Pappas who died Aug. 13, 1995. She is survived by two brothers, John Hurst and wife Brenda of Dover and Ron Hurst and wife Bobbi of Strasburg; two nephews, J.J. Hurst and Heath Hurst; three neices, Tracy James, Heather Hurst and Kari Mills. She was preceded in death by one step-son Douglas E. Pappas.
