Margaret Patricia Pugh, 74, of 317 Nugent St., Newcomerstown, died Monday, Feb. 18, 2008, in Mercy Medical Center at Canton, O. She was born Jan. 18, 1934, at Newcomerstown, O., a daughter of the late Josephine (Peters) Eggleston and Edward Eggleston Sr. She had been employed by Simonds Industries of Newcomerstown. She was a member of St. Francis DeSales Church of Newcomerstown and a member of the Steel Workers Union. Surviving are nine children, Roberta of Pennsylvania, Kevin of Washington, Nathan of California, Brian of Washington, Angela of Montana, Regenia of Idaho, Gary of Washington, Glenn of Newcomerstown and Craig of Newcomerstown; 13 grandchildren, Gino, Angilo, Sarah, Erin, Tyler, Brandy, Nicholas, Jamey, Travis, Celeste, Ashley, Lacey and Devony; two great-grandchildren, Nathaniel and Cadyne; one sister, Alfretta E. Eggleston of Columbus. She was preceded in death by five brothers, Edward Eggleston Jr., Cyrus M. Eggleston, Frank M. Eggleston, Bernard ?Bo? E. Eggleston and Robert ?Bob? Eggleston; and three sisters, Norma Miller, Dorothy June Couts Myers and Alma Tice. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Francis DeSales Church of Newcomerstown on Friday, Feb. 22, 2008, beginning at 10:30 a.m. with Fr. William J. Faustner officiating. Burial will be in West Lawn Cemetery at Newcomerstown, O. Visitation is in Addy Funeral Home on Thursday, Feb. 21, 2008, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
