Marjorie L. ?Marge? Courtwright, 87, of Dover, O., formerly of Newcomerstown, died Tuesday, Aug. 26, 2008, in Union Hospital at Dover. She was born Jan. 6, 1921, a daughter of the late Lucy (Conger) Mobley and Charles Mobley. She retired from RCA and NCR in Cambridge and also worked at Shaw Barton of Coshocton, O. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church of Newcomerstown and First Lutheran Church of Strasburg. She was an avid bowler and loved to play euchre. She loved vacationing at the beach with her family. Her hobbies were sewing, crossword puzzles and reading. Surviving are her husband, Donald Courtwright, whom she married June 11, 1938; two sons, Gary Courtwright and wife Bev of Dover and Terry Courtwright and wife Marilyn of Charles Town, W.Va.; one daughter, Phyllis Patterson of Plainfield; five grandchildren, Tina Pollock and husband Greg of West Lafayette, Trudy Way and husband Fred of Pennsylvania, Tess Douglas and husband Eric of Old Washington, Heather Presnal and husband Brad of Columbia, S.C., and Kyle Courtwright and wife Amy of New Philadelphia; 12 great-grandchildren, Jon, Jarrod and Jake Pollock, Lucretia and Courtney Dunlevy, Eric, Colin and Austin Douglas, and Zane, Garen and Renner Presnal and Ryan Way; two sisters, Ruth Guthrie and Mary King and husband Jack, all of Massillon; and sister-in-law, Pauline Mobley of West Lafayette. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Harold, Kenny and Wilbur Mobley; three sisters-in-law; one infant granddaughter; and a son-in-law, Larry Patterson. Services will be held at Addy Funeral Home at Newcomerstown on Friday, Aug. 29, 2008, beginning at 11 a.m. with Pastor Steven Woyen officiating. Burial will be in Fairfield Cemetery at West Lafayette, O. Visitation is at Addy Funeral Home on Thursday (today), Aug., 28, 2008, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Memorials may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church, 121 S.
