Martha Moore

Martha Moore, 68, of Newcomerstown, passed away Monday, October 13, 2025 at Aultman Hospital. She was born January 26, 1957 in Coshocton to the late Gerald and Mary Ellen (Green) Snell. Martha was a 1975 graduate of Newcomerstown High School, and she worked at the Newcomerstown Truck Stop for many years. Martha loved gardening and tending to her flower beds, cooking, and watching Monday night wrestling. She also enjoyed trips to the casino as well as taking family vacations with her parents. Most of all, Martha loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and taking care of others.

She was married to Jimmy Moore who passed away on December 16, 2024.

Martha is survived by her two sons Mike Moore (Stephanie DeWitt) and Kevin Moore (Shannon); her grandchildren, Alexis, Gunner, and Lydia; and her sisters, Gloria (Chuck) McDaniel and Dee Dee (Harry) White.

There will be a private family service for Martha, and burial will take place at West Lawn Cemetery in Newcomerstown.
