Mazel Taylor

Mazel Taylor, 92,of 21610 Tulip Lane, West Lafayette, formerly of Guernsey, died one year to the day of her twin sister Macie, Sunday, March 12,2006, at Coshocton County Memorial Hospital. She was born Sept. 19, 1913, in Walton, W.Va., to the late Mayford and Lucy (Rucker) Patrick. Mazel was a housewife. On Dec. 23, 1930, Mazel married Ernest Taylor, who passed away March 27, 1997. She is survived by four sons, Charles (Deloris) Taylor of Newcomerstown, Ed (Ellen) Patrick of Newcomerstown, Clare (Jean) Taylor of West Lafayette, and Dean (Kay) Taylor of Newcomerstown; one daughter, Bonnie Affolter of West Lafayette; 14 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; eight great-great grandchildren. She was preceded by death by her son, Vaughn Richard Taylor; two brothers; and four sisters. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, March 16, at Addy Funeral Home, with the Rev. Robert Henry officiating. Burial will be at West Lawn Cemetery in Newcomerstown. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, March 15, at Addy Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to donors favorite charity.
