Michael Kaylor, 70 of Kimbolton, passed away peacefully on August 14, 2025 at his residence.
Mike was born June 4, 1955, in Cleveland to the late Donald Joseph and Gertrude Louise (Kirk) Kaylor. He enjoyed drinking coffee all day, and listening to his tunes. He had to catch the news every night and never missed the news. He loved to take his shorties, and also enjoyed fishing. He was also great at taking things apart and putting them back together (sometimes.) Mike was a man of the Lord and was on his knees praying every night.
He is survived by his children Michael Russ Kaylor Jr., Roger Cooper, Yolanda Sharp, Steven Cooper, and Shane Cooper; his grandchildren Jada, Mason, Zachary, Kristen, Cody, Michelle, Aaliyah, Nicole, Christopher, Greg, Kelli, Mishelle, and Jacob; eighteen great-grandchildren; his siblings Don (Becky) Kaylor and Kirk (Pam) McKenna; his nieces and nephews D.J., Mindy, Sara, Rachel, Joey, Misty, Nikki, Amanda, Jason, Kirk Jr., Erik, and Juice.
Mike was preceded in death by his loving wife of forty-five years Wanda Faye (Johnson) Cooper, who passed away November 8, 2024; his parents; his brothers Joe Kaylor and Sonny Kaylor; and his nephew Sonny Jr.
A visitation will be held at Addy Funeral Home from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Wednesday August 20, 2025. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 pm.
