Penny L Beal

Penny L. Beal, 63 of Dover, passed away peacefully on June 10, 2025 at University Hospital Seidman Cancer Center in Cleveland. Penny was born August 26, 1961, in Coshocton to the late Claude and Ruth (Mackey) Beal. She loved doing word search puzzles, coloring, and watching tv. She is lovingly remembered by her daughter Haley Barber; her brother Jim (Tammi) Beal; her sister Pam (Jack) Jurin; and many nieces and nephews. Penny was preceded in death by her parents; her son-in-law Jim Barber; and brother-in-law Carey Jurin.

Family and friends are welcome for the visitation at Addy Funeral Home from 1 to 3 p.m. on Saturday, June 14, 2025. In keeping with her wishes, a caring cremation will take place. A celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date. Penny will be laid to rest at Dover Burial Park.
