Randy R. Miller

Randy R. Miller, 46, of 7935 Church Road, S.W., Newcomerstown, died Thursday, Sept. 25, 2003 at his home. Born May 30, 1957 in Coshocton, he was the son of Sally (Hamersley) Little and the late Jack Miller of Kimbolton. A 1975 graduate of Newcomerstown High School, he was a member of the Church of Christ of Newcomerstown, American Legion-Thomas C. Montgomery 431, B.A.S.S. Club and Newcomerstown Veterans Honor Guard. He was an avid fisherman who enjoyed playing cards with his friends. He retired from the U.S. Army after 20 years of service and was employed as a truck driver for Tusco Grocery of Uhrichville. Married on Sept. 25, 1982, he is survived by his wife Gayla (Baker) Miller. Other survivors include a son, Derek Miller, a daughter, Monica Miller both of Newcomerstown, a sister Brenda (Loren) Stowers of Coshocton, a stepbrother David (Lorna) Jones of West Lafayette, a stepsister, Kathy (Damon) Gould of West Lafayette, a stepfather Ron Little of Kimbolton, a stepmother Judy Miller of Isleta and 10 neices and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister, Pam Sanders. Funeral Services will be held at 11 am Monday Sept. 29, 2003 at Addy Funeral Home with Charles Newell officiating , Burial will be held at West Lawn Cemetery in Newcomerstown. Calling hours are from 1 pm to 4 pm Sunday at the Funeral Home.
