Shirley Faye Baumgardner, 84, of Newcomerstown, passed away on Sunday, June 15, 2025, at Riverside Manor Nursing Home, in Newcomerstown. She was born January 17, 1941 in Washington County to the late Arthur and Mary Jane (McClintock) Lippencott. Shirley is survived by her daughters, Patty Maley and Sherry Mullet; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one brother; and long time care takers, Lee and Cathy Bryant. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sons, Thomas and Larry Baumgardner; several siblings including Jim Lippencott and Goldie Bryant; brother-in-law, Johney Bryant.
