Theresa L. Bennington

Theresa L. Bennington, 61 of Uhrichsville, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 28, 2025 at her residence.

Theresa was born December 5, 1963, in Canton to the late Wayne D. and Susan A. (Wendell) Cline. She enjoyed fishing, and driving and listening to Shania Twain, and also drifting in the snow. She liked going to music festivals, and most of all, she loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by her children Phillip Bennington and Cassie (Franklin) Hershberger; her grandchildren Jace (Paige) Bennington, Staci (Randy) Harris, Katie Grewell (Justin Huntington), Thomas Grewell Jr., Elizabeth Hershberger, Daniel Hershberger, and Jordan (Daniel) Favetta; her great-grandchildren Daniel Favetta, Delilah Favetta, and Delaney Favetta; her brother Bruce (Jill) Cline; and her friend Jerry Burton.

Along with her parents, Theresa was preceded in death by her son Shannon Michael Bennington.

Per Theresa’s wishes, a cremation will take place. A private graveside service at West Lawn Cemetery will take place at a later date.
